Employee Date of Birth showing in US format ( on the UK SYSTEM!!)

I have just added a new employee, the employee's start date format shows in British format dd/mm/year but the employees date of birth is displaying in the US format mm/dd/year.

I am choosing the date via the calendar, not typing which means I cannot manually swap it round.

I am using Quickbooks Essentials and Standard Payroll.  As a UK system I would expect the dating format to be UK not USA as this will cause issues.

Employee Date of Birth showing in US format ( on the UK SYSTEM!!)

Hello Bluebell,

Welcome to the Community page,

Can you go to the main cog wheel>account and settings>advanced>scroll down to other preferences> date format and change it so it shows as this dd/MM/yyyy.

Then when you add a new employee it should show on the detail section as GB format but on the main page it will show in US format there is no way of being able to change that part to show as GB. I would suggest you leave feedback in the main cogwheel > feedback it gets sent straight to the developers.
