Hi,
I have finalised the 2018-19 pay year and submitted the first PFS for 2019-20 in Quickbooks payroll. However, when I click on the employee's P60 tab (for 2018-19), it does not go anywhere - nothing comes up and it just reverts to the same screen after a couple of seconds thinking about it. It's as though the P60 is there, as there is the tab for it, but clicking on the tab doesn't actually bring up the P60.

Hello,
Could you please try this on Chrome? QuickBooks is designed to run on Chrome, and so always have to try this first before other steps.
Thanks,
Talia
Hi alfamale
It may be a browser related issue, if you are using IE or Edge we suggest that you use chrome. If you are using Chrome we suggest that you clear the cache and cookies or use an incognito window.
Thank you John, I have tried this but still no joy. It is actually Firefox that I am using. I have cleared the cache and recent history, but it still won't download the P60. Payslips no problem, but not the P60 - and I have also tries the 2017-18 one and that won't download either so I do think you're on the right lines, but it still isn't doing it!

Thanks Talia, that has worked.
Maybe QBO should advertise more that it is intended to work with Chrome - I have been using it for two years and had no idea about this.
Thank you anyway!
