So if you go to the CIS section in taxes, you will be able to resubmit the return that has been rejected as long as you dont need to alter any transactions in it.
Thanks, I will try that with one of the rejected returns. Unfortunately I do need to amend the second (most recent) return. Any tips on how I can do that please?

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and help in updating the second (most recent) return that you need.

I need help with this, my vat returns and payroll work fine for 5 months I have to go to hmrc and enter manually all settings are correct am I missing something or have I entered incorrectly
Hello Info1566, thanks for commenting on this thread, does it state why it has been rejected for in your account? If not if you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm, it is free from any UK landline or mobile and give the agent your details they will be able to check in the system why it was rejected for.
