I would also like to know how I can force my companies own Payroll ID as the main Employee ID. On the payslips it shows the Payroll ID and on the P60 it is the Employee ID. These should be the same for HMRC.

Thanks for posting on this thread, in order to help you with your question can we ask which payroll it is you are using within your QuickBooks account, is it our standard payroll or our advanced payroll?
