After correcting the payroll ID's and running payroll, you can resubmit the Full Payment Summary (FPS)to HMRC. This way, they'll be notified about the changes made with the payroll ID's.
I'll share with you this guide for the whole process of submitting an FPS: Lodging FPS to HMRC in QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.
Once done, you'll need to contact HMRC to confirm the submission.
