I have already contacted support who tried to help but couldn't, we even did a screen share and no joy. I have been told to try in evening as HMRC are less busy whoever as explained I have been trying for 2 weeks at all times.
This needs to be sorted today as I have to submit my Vat return or I will get into trouble with HMRC
