I have just run Week 22 & terminated 3 Employees. There P45 has Week 21 on them & the earnings are slightly wrong. Tax on P45 is correct to what is on Week 22 payslip ?

Can we ask which payroll it is you are using is it our Standard payroll or Advanced payroll? 

Its Advanced payroll online. I have just run Week 22 which is for hours worked 22/8/20 - 28/8/20, pay date 4/9/20

Thanks for that info - the p45 will show the period that the employee last worked for you; as the employee's final pay period ended on the 28th August which falls within week 21 of the 20/21 tax year, this is the week number which will be displayed on the document. 

How far out are the earnings, is this relating to the figure in the 'Total pay to date' box? 🧐

Two P45s are wrong by £193.34. They are £193.34 less than what they have actually earned. One P45 is correct.

Strange that they are out by the same amount

Have you terminated the employee on the employee page or the payrun itself? 

If you have done it on the employee section, can you undo it and it from from the w22 payrun.

I terminated them on the pay run itself.

I think its something to do with the pensions. As the employees P45 which was correct didn't have a pension the ones that are wrong did.
