So far, we haven't received similar cases about loading issues with payroll page in QuickBooks Online. To better isolate this behavior, we can perform some basic browser troubleshooting steps.
As an initial step, let's use a private browser to see if the issue is caused by an overloaded data in your default browser's cache. Below are the keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:
If that works, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This is to refresh your browser and delete the files that are affecting the product performance. Otherwise, use other supported browser.
