I have QB Desktop. Our employees get paid holidays based on the number of years worked. How can I track how many they have used? For example.... Sick and vacation can be tracked as to how many hours available and how many hours are used (see attachment) I can also enter how many hours that they have accrued at the beginning of the year and reset them each year (see attachment) I want to be able to do the same thing for their Holidays. Every employee gets Thanksgiving and Christmas etc.... but the longer you are an employee the more paid holidays you earn. How can I track this in QB. FYI... I already have holiday pay set up in my payroll to pay employees. I want to track the holiday hours that they have available and have used just like I can with vacation and sick pay.
