Hello, @brian.j.baylis.

To give you the right amount of information, may I know where does the payroll migration from? I've checked from our records and found ongoing investigations about payroll migration from a specific Payroll provider.

Also, to check this further and review the payroll transactions securely, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. To contact support, tap on Contact us from the Help menu.

Post again if you have any other questions. I'm a few clicks away to help. Have a good day!

Good Morning Angelyn,

QB PAYROLL STANDARD - incident number 54533720

  • Of one and only Gross monthly payment of £1750.00 The pension deductions with Legal and General are set at 3% Employer and 5% Employee. With tax deducted at source for employee. The monthly cash figures are therefore £52.50 and £70.00 respectively. This has been the case for many months with no problems.
  • The March payroll following conversion produced figures of £37.14 and £61.90 (It appears to have further reduced both the figures for tax relief) A long telephone conversation with Nichole in Newcastle failed to resolve the issue. Every setting was checked (bearing in mind that all information was as migrated) The RTI reflected this error so we deleted the payroll and ran it again with the same result. Given this Nichole said that there was no need to resend the RTI as it would be the same. This may well be so but the system is now telling me to send the rerun payroll RTI. Which I have since done
  • I agreed to get in touch with Legal and General but in all honesty cannot see that this will resolve what seems to be a migration issue.
  • Legal and General have confirmed that as far as they are concerned they have made no changes to that existing prior the migrating from Pay Suite to Standard Payroll.
