If you log into your QuickBooks account and it is inactive it will ask you to put your billing details in straight away.
If you are on a trail and want to now pay for the account if you go in the cogwheel>account and settings>billing and subscription> you can click on the product and put your billing details in.
It says it’s suspended ? Do it’s not coming up with anything for me to add billing instructions ?

If your QuickBooks subscription is suspended, you'll need to get in contact with our Online Support Team to renew it. They'll be able to access your account and make sure all your information is correct so that you can get back to business. The steps below will show you how:
