Hello Ogbg1, welcome to the QuickBooks Community. We appreciate that you have looked through solutions already which have not worked for you. We don't want to go over the same ground however we need to check. The director employee what is the first payroll you are on, have you tried rolling back to the start the first payroll the director is on and changing the status to not assessed and then rolling it forward? If you have tried that or are unable to can you post a screenshot of the assessment status in the employee settings, the error message you get and which payroll you are using, and we'll escalate this with the senior technicians.
