In the employees section you will have to select set up payroll/choose plan > advanced payroll and then enter the details/set up payroll. We advise that you will have to enter the same employee id that you are using in the present software.
We just need to confirm are you using the QuickBooks Paysuite or QuickBooks Standard payroll and you are wanting to migrate to the advanced Payroll or are you using a third party payroll at the moment?
