QBO is telling us the historical payroll data will never be reintegrated back into qbo so they won't be able to create P32s and P60s etc.

they provided limited excel files of all our data and expect us to frankenstein the data to create end of year documents? This is absolutely unacceptable and we paid for this service, has anyone else been told this?

Hi Susan, thanks for posting on the Community

Customers who have been migrated from QBO Standard to Core Payroll will need to access any historical payroll data using the zip file, which includes P32 and P11 documents.

Any payroll reports ran post-migration will only contain data from pay periods that have been ran on QBO Core Payroll.

We apologise if this causes any inconvenience. 'm just a post away if you have further questions or require additional assistance.

We pay for a service that is supposed to provide our year end documents, P32s, also P60's etc. You have effectively removed that service from our subscription (with no financial consideration) and put the onus on us to merge historic data from the excel files and current data in QBO to create our own documents, rendering the info in QBO completely untrue and unreliable. Furthermore, for auditing purposes you have added a significant amount of work and diminished the integrity of the data because now it is subject to human error.
It boggles the mind how you thought this would be acceptable. It is not.
At the very least you should have done this April 1 so that there would at least be a full year of data and the year end docs would be accurate and easily produced.
You have not provided the service we are paying for, I suggest you find a way to remedy this!
