Why are there no figures on my EPS Summary?

Hi @finance112,

Thank you for your prompt reply. Allow me to take care of this query for you.

The EPS report shows EPS data that have been previously sent, not the EPS data that would be sent. With that said, if it's early in the tax year or you've recently migrated, then it's unlikely to contain any data.

You can also refer to this list, as to when you're required to file an EPS:

  • If no payments to employees have been made within the current or past pay period (no payment period is indicated). In other words, no FPS filings have been submitted.
  • To claim reimbursement for statutory payments (not including sick pay).
  • To claim the Employment Allowance, if entitled.
  • To show CIS Suffered for a period of time.

See the steps on how to submit an EPS in QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll with this article: Employer Payment Summary (EPS) in QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll. Scroll down to the How to file EPS in QuickBooks? section to see the steps.

Why are there no figures on my EPS Summary?

Hi Finance112, Thanks for your question:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:.Which payroll are you using Advanced or Standard? Are you running the report for the current 20/21 year and it is showing zero figures? Thanks

Why are there no figures on my EPS Summary?

I am using advanced payroll and it is for the current year 20/21. When I generate the report there are no figures showing.
