In order to help you with your Question can we ask which payroll it is you are using in Quickbooks is it our Standard payroll or our Advanced payroll?

Hi accounts36, thanks for coming back to us, can we ask when did they leave? Also if the leave date falls in this pay period then they will appear still.

Right ok thanks for that, can you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 lines are open mon to fri-8am to 7pm and you will be able to set up a screenshare with the agent and they will be able to have a look and see why it is still showing in your payroll for you.
