Hello Community Users, we just wanted to pop onto this thread and update it with the resolution. For any users who look at the real time information file and see as the above user did have a mention of Full Payment Submission. The fix for this customer was to either submit an FPS for that period or if not relevant to skip the FPS which they had not done. Once done the issue was resolved., Any questions just ask them here, we'd be happy to help.
Thanks for dropping by the Online Community, robin.harris.
Let me welcome you first to the QuickBooks family. I can help sort out why the submitted payroll liabilities failed.
You’ll have to open the RTI Submissions page and check the exact error message. Let me guide you through the steps on how to access it.
The log will also state the steps needed to rectify the issue. After correcting the information, you should be able to submit the payroll liabilities successfully.
Keep me posted on how this goes after following these steps. I want to make sure everything is taken care of and you're all set with this concern.
To be honest I've reviewed the log file and I'm none the wiser. Nothing has changed with either myself or my colleague. The last financial year submission which i ticked as being final in march submitted with no problem.
Ive attached a screenshot of the log file.
