Is WorkZone active in the UK? Can I as the employer create a rota for my staff each week? How do I do this?

Thank you for the reply. Appreciated. I had the app figured - it was actually creating the schedule I couldn't work out. I have since discovered that if you go to Employees > Manage Employees > Rostering - you can build templates and create a schedule =)
Welcome to the Community, @henryb1.
I've got just the information regarding the Workzone app for QuickBooks. Yes, this is already active in the UK and I'm here to guide you on how to use this application.
The employees you've included on your payroll schedule setup in QuickBooks are the ones who can clock in and out using this app. To get started, you'll need to download the app by searching WorkZone from the App Store or from the Google Play Store. Your employees need to have portal access to use this app. Then you'll need to enable the clock in/out feature on your payroll settings. For the step-by-step guide, please refer to this link: WorkZone for QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.
Please keep in touch with me here if you have additional questions. I'll be here and ready to help. Have a nice day.

How do I view my employee time sheets via the Workzone app? I believe you set it up via QB but can’t find it
Hi there, @Flixton.
You can view your employee's timesheets in the WorkZone app by pressing on the drop-down box at the top of the screen.
You can read the Viewing Timesheets section in this article for reference: WorkZone for QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.
Furthermore, I'd recommend checking our Employees and Payroll page for future guidance. There, you can read some great articles that can guide you in managing your employees efficiently.
In case you have other concerns or questions in the future, you're always welcome to post here anytime. I'll be around to assist you. Take care!
