Why was my Payroll flagged as being 'Up to Date' on August 31st when I had not done the payroll run (due on August 30th) for August?

The 'Next payroll due Monday, 30/9/24' according to the package.  The last one run was 30/7/24, so where does it expect the one for 30/8/24.  I did overcome the problem, and ran the 30/8/24, but why is it happening?

Good thing you're able to run the August payroll, Ken. I have some solutions in case you'll encounter this message again.

This usually happens if you run browser-related issues. You can perform some troubleshooting steps so you can fix this. Use the shortcut keys below to access a private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

This mode deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. After that, you can double-check if it is already working fine. If so, go to your main browser and clear the cache to fix the problem. Cached files and data can sometimes cause a webpage to reload. Also, some browsers have a setting that can cause a page to reload automatically. On the other hand, if it is still not working, you can switch to another supported browser.
