How much increase in subscriptions?

May be QB doesn't understand how angry their users are!

This is an unjustified increase, and by that amount is taking the micky out of its users. You have already made the UK user go to QBO which is inferior to QBDT and trust me when I say this along many of the other users, just read there comments it is inferior in SO many ways!

All that will end up happening is your users will move to xero or sage or another package

Looks like your current thesis is charge more for less and don't give a crap what your end user thinks

Many of our clients are switching back to QB Desktop with non-subscription licenses + MTD Bridging app

I am so with you.  My desktop subscription has double the price.  I am only have 4 moms and pops business, looks like I am going to stop providing the payroll services soon as I am making so little profits already.

Desktop subscription? Which QB Desktop year version do you run?

Where is your client located? US or UK?

My desktop subscription has double the price, is this correct?  I was paying $700 and some for past years and this year I am paying $1,400.  I may just stop the payroll service as I am not going to make any profit.

Desktop 2024, I am in USA,  I had desktop for a long time so i guest they called I am grandfather in for a while.  However, my subscriptions price has double this year.  That is insane!

You have QB Desktop Pro Plus US version, correct?

You can renew the license thru a partner and get $100 cashback. But you will need to pay Enhanced Payroll separately. Otherwise, you can register the payroll expenses as JE in QB Desktop manually.
