Copy emails

Sending customer statements I am no longer being cc'd into my mailbox.  I have no idea if our customers are receiving the statement.  This started end of March 2022.  All the settings are accurate in 'accounts & settings'.  Anyone having the same issue?

Hi BCW_christine We'd be grateful if you can attempt to send a statement directly to using an alternative email address and refer to the articles below and follow the troubleshooting steps to establish if there is an issue with the email address that you're using.

Hi BCW_christine, thanks for your post - we're not aware of any issues with this, have you checked any junk/spam folders to see if the emails are being delivered to here? Mail providers may flag repetitive emails and begin to automatically mark these as spam.

Hi Georgia,

I spent time on the phone with your customer services yesterday who promised me a call back from a supervisor and, of course, I never rec' a call.  This has been an issue since last week of March 2022 and I was told by QB yesterday this is a known fault and your engineers are working to fix but have no idea when it will be fixed.  Can you investigate further and let me know please

I have tried everything. It doesn't work.  I have to manually save Customer statements and invoices and manually create an email.  It is taking up an enormous amount of time.  This started failing in March this year and your chat system is useless / I can't find an email address for your company.
