Hiya,
I followed the instructions to add paypal payments to my invoices, but the fees are so large I'd like to remove this and go back to just having my bank account details on the invoice to clients pay me direct. Please can someone tell me how to do this? I can't find the option.

Hi JackJJW, thanks for joining us here on the Community - to remove this, simply disconnect the app by navigating to Apps > My Apps > Select the drop-down beside app > Disconnect (please note this can only be removed by the user that added this). :)

I am having an even more puzzling issue....I never attached a PayPal account to my quickbooks. And now, I am trying to send an invoice, but the program will not allow me to unclick the PayPal payment option. So It is prompting my clients to a link for PayPal that does not exist...help
I am having the same issue. PayPal is not connected, and I cannot uncheck the PayPal box on invoices.
I had the same issue and discussed with Support today. If you navigate to Options > Account and Settings > Sales > Invoice Payments. From here, you can disable "Accept PayPal".
After that, all NEW invoices will have PayPal disabled by default thereby circumventing the issue. This does mean that you will have to re-create any invoices with the option already toggled.
I am having a similar issue. I sent out my first invoices not realizing that I had paypal/venmo payments turned on. I do not have a paypal account for my business so it's not connected to anything. One of my customers paid their invoice today via paypal. Where does the money go if I don't have a paypal account connected to it? I have now turned it off so it won't be an option to my customers anymore.
