Im using Quickbooks self employed.
My payment information is not showing on the app when i create an invoice from there. It does show up when i create an invoice from my pc on the web browser.
I can not enter the payment details every time i send an invoice on the go.
Any help please?
Hi A Strobe Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. What device are you using IOS or Andriod?
If you're using an IOS device please try the following: Go to the settings on the device, tap general, tap iPhone storage, tap the QuickBooks Online App then tap Offload App, this will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
If you're using an Andriod device please try the following:
1. Close and restart the app.
2. Clear app data. To do this:
3. Open your device Settings.
4. select Apps (varies by device).
5. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
Select clear data.
If the steps above don't resolve the issue we'd be grateful if you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I have done all of that and the app is the same. It still does not show saved payment info or email message on the app.
Hi A Strobe Thanks for attempting the steps that I provided. A number of our customers are experiencing the same issue and our engineers are working towards resolving it.
