How do I run a report to see what customers have bought a particular product/service?
Trying to run a report that will tell me which customers have bought a product/service so that I can then email them with specific offers relating to those that they have already bought.
I have run a similar report before that gave me all of the customers contact info, but I now can't find or work out how I did that!

Hi Russell You can run a Sales by Product/Service Detail Report, select the small icon to the right of the print and export icons and then select the option for Product/service. You can also navigate to your products and services list, select the drop down menu to the right of edit, set the date range of the report, again select the small cog icon and select the customer option.

Hello Russell, thanks for getting back to us here So the report john had said originally Sales by Product/Service Detail Report, is only available in our essentials and plus accounts not in our simplestart accounts that's why you can't see it or find it. You could have a look at these two reports and see if they show what you need you can also customize it down so it just shows the information you need, Sales by Product/Service Summary/ Product/Service List.
