Buisness income different to invoice total

Hi Norky10,

We can only tell what happened if we have a visibility of your records. Let me share how you can check this on your on, and feel free to comment below if you have further questions so we can continue to help you.

The best way to understand why your report came up with those figures on the report is to click on them. This way, you'll see the list of transactions that comprised those amounts and detect if one of them is erroneously entered.

The other reason for having an a difference on the figure is the accounting method you use. In accrual method, all invoices as reported as income whether they are paid or not. Whereas in Cash method, the invoices are only reported as income when they are paid. Here's an article for your reference: Choose between cash and accrual accounting methods in reports.

We're just around if you have any other concerns. Take are and have a good one.
