When I open my QB online I am getting this error code. I can't figure out how to fix it and it is preventing me from opening QB.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps by logging into your account using a private window. There are times that the regular browser is full of frequently accessed page resources. Thus, causing some errors or unusual responses. As an alternative, you can use other supported browsers.
When that works, you can then delete cache and temporary internet files to have a clean slate on the regular browser. This will also help get rid of the error.

We are aware of this issue where customers are getting error 504 (Bad Gateway) when attempting to log into their QuickBooks Online account. We are currently working on to get it fixed as soon as possible.
