When I open my QB online I am getting this error code. I can't figure out how to fix it and it is preventing me from opening QB.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps by logging into your account using a private window. There are times that the regular browser is full of frequently accessed page resources. Thus, causing some errors or unusual responses. As an alternative, you can use other supported browsers.
When that works, you can then delete cache and temporary internet files to have a clean slate on the regular browser. This will also help get rid of the error.

I clicked on Google Chrome and did get sent to instructions however they are in French!

It was system failure yesterday. They said it was fixed. But I am getting it on multiple browers, clients are complaining =-1/7/20 another bad day?
I am still getting this error message on my desktop. You are seriously causing me to miss hours of work. What is the status of this being fixed?

Thank you for joining this thread. We are not currently experiencing any server outages, can I confirm if you have cleared the cache on the browser you are using following the release of the fix yesterday?
