HI there, I’m really annoyed about being switched over from QBSE to QuickBooks Sole Trader Plus. I’ve had my free onboarding session, but honestly it is far too complex for what I need it to do. All I want is to be able to incomes and expenses on one page and have them listed as they were in QBSE. After spending an hour on the phone with an onboarding specialist it became apparent that this just isn’t possible. This seems to me to be entirely wild. Is anyone else angry about this? I’m thinking of moving away from Quickbooks entirely All the best

If I tried to print an invoice, it doesn’t come up in reader any more it opens a new page in Safari that you have to open then when you print the right hand side of the page is missing
After trying QBO some 14 years ago, and suggesting how important this feature is. Intuit has now finally added a pretty basic function (this was always in the Desktop version) which helps massively with stock control......We now have Item Receipt. Rejoice.
I posted earlier Rin here about the date format being incorrect on purchase orders. I can see a reply in my account but if I try and click the link it just takes me back to the community Home Screen. Entered bill but the inventory is not updating -mapping not done correctly
The app seems to either not open or takes a very long time (10-15minutes) to open. Happens on mobile data and on home WiFi. iPhone user and need access whilst out and about at work. Anyone else having same issue? Considering leaving Quickbooks due to the inconsistency I’ve had with access over the last few months.
I already saved the product'services that I am going to use in my invoices prior ... and when i am creating invoices currently, the product/services that I had already saved are not autopopulating so that I can select and unable to do manually also

QB online is running very slow on everything i try and do its so un bearable !Tried different places with different internet everything else online and my computer runs perfect no issues with internet.Cleared CACHE and cookies etcTried different computers such as apple and windowsTried different web browserstried rebooting all computers and routersNothing works.Something is wrong with my QB online which needs sorting ASAP as i can’t do my expenses invoices or anything its embarrassing and frustrating.Problem at QB end not mine for sure!!!Been like this for weeks now needs sorting fast.Even the online chat doesn’t work as no option to talk to anyone even though it says open Mon-Sun 8:00am til 10:00pmWhat’s going on!?!
Hello, I am using QuickBooks Online for my self-employed business. I can see the “Income Tax” section and tax estimates, but I do not see any option to connect to HMRC or submit quarterly updates under Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. I would like to confirm: Am I eligible for MTD for Income Tax at this stage? Do I need to register separately with HMRC before this option becomes available in QuickBooks? Once registered, will the “Connect to HMRC” and submission options appear automatically in my account? For context: I am self-employed (construction / bricklayer) My turnover is above £50,000 My QuickBooks account is active and working correctly Could you please advise what steps I need to take to enable MTD submissions? If Customise forms does not appear in my settings how can I customise them?
I've added categories when I add them as expenses (so tools, materials etc) but then they all appear in the phone, fax stationery and other office costs on the submission page
