Banking won't update error 101

Had this message for 3 days now. Any ideas?
Something isn't working
Sorry, we can't update your account. Please wait a few hours and try updating again (101).

Banking won't update error 101

Hello there, @contact-carryonp

 

Thanks for letting us know about your situation. I'm here to help you fix the error code 101, so you can update your bank transactions.

 

If you attempt to connect a bank account from your online banking account that does not meet at least one of the following conditions and does not have a valid account, you will receive an error 101: 

 

  • Your account is inactive. 
  • No transactions for the last 12 months.
  • Unable to accept the terms and agreements from your online banking website. 

 

You may also try to sign in to your bank website in a different browser to see if you can get in without any errors. Then, try to check if there’s an existing balance or if there were transactions in the past 12 months. Lastly, try to check all prompts if you have accepted them and acknowledge them all.
