Welcome to the Community, gkselectrical.

Let's work together so we can figure out how to fix bank error 101.

To start, log in to your bank or credit card's website to check if there is any issue on the bank's end. This is to also check if you can get in without any error.

Also, check to see if your account is active and if there have been any transactions in the last 12 months. If you have an active account but are unable to access your bank's website, I recommend contacting them directly. This could also be the reason why you're encountering bank error 101 in QuickBooks.

Lastly, check for any notifications, security updates, and messages that need your confirmation. For more details about the bank error, check out this link: Fix bank error 101.

Once you get back on track, use this article to guide you in reviewing your transactions: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
