I have two companies in the Isle of Man and I would like to use Quickbooks. Is it possible to set it up using the UK QBO version? I cannot set it up as I don't have UK address and it does not accept IOM address. We need the GBP version.
Thank you.
Inga
This issue has been going on for some time, but they have not resolved it. Our clients are using QB Desktop 2021 + MTD Bridging application as a workaround

It's great to hear you're considering using QuickBooks Online (QBO) UK as your go-to platform for managing your business financial transactions and records. Let me help and direct you to the appropriate support that can address your concerns about setting up your companies using the GBP version.
QBO UK is designed to cater to businesses operating in the United Kingdom. It includes all the essential features required to have the best online experience. Please note that accounting principles and tax management methods differ across regions, with each one having its own governing authorities.
That said, I recommend consulting with an accountant for further guidance. They can explain the tax regulations in the UK and Isle of Man in detail. Then, provide advice on the best way to handle your situation, especially when setting up your companies using the GBP version. By contacting them, you can ensure that you are in compliance with your tax agencies and that your payroll forms and taxes are accurate.
If you'll have to subscribe to the global version, let me show the steps to sign up for your account. Here's how:

I am a sole trader in the Isle of Man and tried to follow your advice to choose the global version of QBO. However I am stuck at the point of paying for a plan as your system will not accept an Isle of Man address for a bank debit card. I can easily adapt QBO to my needs if you would make it possible for me to order and pay for it.
Welcome to the Community, @JNiom.
I'm here to provide the link to subscribe to QuickBooks Online in the Isle of Man.
You can use this link and choose the Isle of Man under Europe: QuickBooks Europe.
If you're still unable to add the address when adding your bank debit card, I recommend reaching your bank and asking for the address you can use to add in QuickBooks.

You can ask a ProAdvisor of Global version for help. Otherwise, use old QB Desktop version as the last resort.
