Can I speak to someone one a phone

My getting started process is not QUICK by any standard. Can't seem to reach a live person, don't know how to even log into my new account, let alone solve the problem I am having.

 

Please help - with a phone number - of a person, if possible.  Your voice mail maze is driving me nuts.

Thanks for bringing up this matter to our attention, @mecogreen,

 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have made adjustments to our operation hours and our contact options. We recognize the need to have more phone agents that you can connect anytime to ensure all customer concerns are resolved. For now, we made this forum available to our customers 24/7.

 

Here you can find help with QuickBooks and I can also assist you with general concerns related to the program. Just add the details in the comment section below, so I can take a look at it.

 

However, for concerns related to accounts, billing, pending tickets that requires account verification, this is mainly handled by our phone and chat support. You may request for a callback from one of our representatives or use our live messaging option during our operation hours. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  2. Enter the keyword Account Management, Payroll and Taxes in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Chat to initiate a discussion with a live agent or Get a callback.
