Let’s try to use the bank’s URL when connecting your bank into QuickBooks. Here’s how:
- Visit and login to your bank’s website.
- From there, copy the URL.
- Go to QuickBooks and go to Banking from the left menu.
- Select the Banking tab at the top.
- Click The Connect account tab.
- Paste the URL you’ve copied from the bank’s website on the search box.
- Enter your bank credentials.
- Complete all necessary information and click Connect.

- Click Help at the upper right part of your QuickBooks.
- Select Contact us.
