I subscribed to quickbooks for £3.99 per month. After a month the app told me my free trial had ended and I needed to subscribe again. I decided not to. I am still being charged £3.99 but cannot use the app as it is still telling me to subscribe? I cannot get in to my account to press the gear icon to cancel that way. Could you please unsubscribe for me please? I have just paid £3.99 for an app I cannot and don’t want to use.

I want to cancel my self employed subscription and after following the hints suggested through 'billing info' and cancel subscription, this is not working?
I am now employed and therefore no longer need to use quickbooks for invoicing, taxes etc so the service is no longer needed and I want to cancel the 9.99 per month billing? Please advise

Did you sign up to the QuickBooks Self-Employed app via the GooglePlay or Apple store? If so you would need to cancel the subscription via the subscription management section of the app store.
