I recently signed up for QB self employed. I am unable to log in and have never used it. When I try to log in I see an error "an unknown error has occured please try later" (screen shot attached) I've had several chats with "support people" and none can help me with the Self Employed account. The fee is being debited from my bank account even though I've never used the software. I merely want to cancel everything to do with Quick Books and get a refund on the fee taken. In all I've spent 4 hours talking, chatting and explaining to QB peopel what the problem is and none can help. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now but it's very very annoying and frustrating :( has anyone else had this issue?

Hello Limbkeepers uk, Thank you for making us aware at the Community of this issue. We've arranged for the account to be cancelled and no further charges will be debited for it.
