When I try to sign in QBSE won't load just hangs

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try log in again does the same thing happen?
Can you try these links does the same thing still happen?

Hello I have tried all of these and am still unable to load
This has been happening sporadically for about 3 months, one day I will sign and and loads straight away. Next day I sign in and it just hangs.
