In the meantime, please check for the missing transactions by logging into the original
QBSE website. If they're not visible there, verify the new platform via the
sign-in link.
To resolve this and ensure your account is up to date, you can
manually upload those invoices by heading to the
Gear icon >
Import Data >
Invoices, then following the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
