I’ve got you covered, @richard91. I can assist you with regards to customising sales forms within QuickBooks Online.
I know how important it is for you to choose the correct form from the list.
By heading to the Custom form styles page, you have an option to delete templates. This way, you won't see many of them in the Customise tab of a sales transaction.
Follow these steps below:
- From the Gear icon, click Custom Form Style.
3. Click the dropdown arrow below the Action Column.
4. Choose Delete the old forms.

You can click the "Make Default" option if you want to use the form as your standard template.
Furthermore, I added this article if you need additional details about customising invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
I’ve added this link that might help you as your future reference: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.
You can also visit the QuickBooks Blog to discover more about the latest developments, news, and product updates. You'll also get advice on how to expand your company.
Let me know how it goes on your end. I’ll make sure everything is well sorted for you. Stay Cool!
