For days now I have been unable to print or access our P32 - Employment Payment Record - Is anyone else having this problem? What can I do?

Hi there, contact-thetea-r.

I can provide information on printing and accessing the Employment Payment Record (P32) in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

I have checked our system and can confirm that there are currently no reports of the same issue from other users.  One potential explanation for the issue you're experiencing could be that your web browser accumulates outdated and corrupted cache files from the websites you visit. Over time, these files can create problems when loading or navigating those particular pages.

With that, we can run some troubleshooting steps to ensure you can access your  P32 report and that this isn't a browser issue. We'll start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a private/incognito window.

Depending on your browser, use the keyboard shortcut below to open one:

  • For Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to access the Employment Payment Record (P32), you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will remove outdated or corrupted internet files that may be causing issues while browsing.

Alternatively, you can look for and use other supported browsers to get the best experience while working with QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you still have other concerns or any follow-up questions about payroll reports. I'll be happy to assist. Have a great day!
