Are you getting any error messages or codes showing up when you try and Connect your PayPal account in Quickbooks at all? 

 

Are you doing the reconnect in the app or a web browser and which web browser?

Getting 'Paypal connection has expired'. Tried reconnecting, which appears to work during the process, and tried deleting the connection on Paypal, none of this works?

I am using quickbooks online

On the banking page there is a box that says you have to reconnect every 90 days

I go through the reconnect, which appears to work, ending up saying it is connecting and giving me a big green tick.

I return to the banking page and nothing has changed.

I have tried deleting the intuit connection on Paypal

Do you mean no new transactions are downloaded after reconnecting your PayPal account? It looks like we have an open investigation about this in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Our engineers are already working to determine the cause of the issue and creating a resolution to this as well. I would recommend reaching out to our chat or phone support teams. They will be asking for your account details so they can add you to the list of affected users.

 

We will also be sending out email notifications as soon as the issue is resolved. Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Look for Talk to a human and click on it. 
  3. Type in "support" or "contact support" again and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you
