I can help you resolve bank connection issues, @Hm bookkeepers.
You may have recently updated your Metro bank online banking credentials, or the credentials are incorrect. To fix this, I recommend editing your bank feed sign-in info in QuickBooks Online. Please ensure your browser doesn't autofill the username and password field.
Here's how:
- Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
- Locate the tile for the account that generated error 103.
- Select Edit ✎.
- Select Edit sign-in info.
- Enter your new credentials, then select Update.
However, if this is a new Metro bank connection, you can reference this article for the detailed steps: Enhanced Standard Feed Connection Errors.
Additionally, you'll be ready to categorize or match your bank feed transactions onwards.
Give it a try, and update me here if you have other QuickBooks bank feed concerns. Anytime I can help. Take care!
