Hello Info-investigate, Thanks for your question. In QB you can have the option for your customers to make payment through the invoice by clicking on the pay now link and that would be through the Paypal app(which they can then pay card or Paypal) That is the only direct card payment option we have integration with. You may be able to integrate Stripe through a third-party app.
Which invoicing app did you have to accept Stripe payment?
I have freshbooks currently. I don't get on with it but the ability to accept card payments with stripe is very good and I really can't believe that quickbooks doesen't have an option to accept card payments other than paypal. Paypal charges a higher percentage for transactions than stripe and if there is any dispute the customer always gets their money back regardless.
Hello info-investigate, We'll pass on your feedback to our product engineers, we do take your point about the fees. The option is there for the 3rd party app integration if you look at the link we included. We welcome other Community users to comment on the thread if they have recommendations.
You may have 3 options:
1. Keep your FB account to create invoices and accepting payments by Stripe. Downgrade to FB Lite if required. Then utilize a connector to duplicate data automatically from FB to QBO.

2. Utilize another invoicing app and you may create up to 1000 invoices for free and accepting payments by Stripe. Utilize the same connector to duplicate data automatically from this app to QBO.
3. Utilize the invoicing feature on Stripe and this app to reconcile transactions to your QBO.
