I am getting a message saying I cannot log in after May 24. I am using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019. What must I do.

Thank you for sharing your concern here in the Community, Pat Haywood.

I'll be sharing insights on the message you receive where you cannot log in after May 24 in QuickBooks Desktop.

Our top priority is to help you stay compliant. Due to recent changes in accounting and tax regulations, and with more changes expected in the future, QuickBooks decided to stop providing all QuickBooks Desktop services for our UK customers on June 30, 2023. This change will affect all versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise.

This means that after May 2024, you can still access your company files in your standalone QuickBooks Desktop version for recording purposes. However, some ex-subscribed users are still able to use the software. From May onward, access will no longer be possible on subscribed versions of QBDT 2016 and above. We strongly encourage all users to migrate to another software solution before this date.
