Thanks for the comment. I have tried the support chat and spoke to a person yesterday. The outcome was that it’s a Nest issue but the person did say they were unable to help further. I have also tried Nest and they say it’s a Quickbooks issue. Very frustrating

Hello Theglassfoundry, thanks for commenting on this thread, do you use standard payroll or advanced payroll? Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down reload it does the same thing still happen?
