Used to edit the form before but looks like an "improved" look has removed that option for old designs and made it hard to navigate. QB Help topic does not help.

Please know that you can still edit and create new templates for your sales forms in QuickBooks, regardless of whether you're using the new or old interface. Since this behaviour in QuickBooks is quite uncommon, I recommend starting with some troubleshooting by clearing your browser cache and Intuit-specific cookies.
The cache helps browsers load pages faster by storing data from sites you frequently visit. However, it can cause problems if it accumulates too much data. Clearing it can resolve any issues that are preventing changes to your template from updating.
If the issue persists, consider using a different web browser. This will help determine if the problem is specific to the browser you're currently using.

Hi Jessavell and thanks for your reply.
I cleared all Intuit cookies and the entire browser cache. Made no difference, i do not even see the font colour choices. Tried the "switch to old format" where i can select "update layout" where it then unhelpfully takes me back to the new layout (runs full circle). If instead in the old format i select settings with the invoice window open i always get the message "sorry, we can't find the page" - as i clicked the link in the invoice window this is an Intut error not my selecting the wrong URL.
I have also tried a different browser with exactly the same results.
Would have thought being able to add bank details to an invoice would be a basic easy step - has Quickbooks had its day?
