Within my Intuit account, I need to verify my phone number to perform several tasks (including 2-step authentication).
My phone number is correct, my phone provider allows SMS and code messages. With other services it works out perfectly fine every time since years. Only with getting text code for Quickbooks it does not work out at all.

My provider is Magenta, part of T-Mobile.
I solely and only work via web (not App).

To verify the phone number, I only have the option to get a text or a voice message. Both do not work.

Would you please make it work! I need to set up 2-step authentication and the access to my account for other persons (an option I paid for). To do that I need my phone number verified.
I can only verfiy it by text message, no other option is offered!
I have set up the authenticator App, but it still requires my phone number verified.
MAKE THIS WORK!

Hello Linger, we have had no other reports of this come in to us. If you do the email option that would resolve it for you. To get the email option to show up, if you log into the main settings in accounts.intuit.com in sign in and security and check that your email is show as verified so that you get the option to get the code sent to your email.
My email is verified since the first day I set up Quickbooks.
I have set up an Authenticator App, too.
But, whenever I want to set up 2-step authentication, code by text via the phone number is required. And this does not work.
Attached please find the screenshots of my account showing that I have the email address verified and the Authenticator set up (page 1) and the request to enter the code sent by text message to verify the phone (page 2) and to set up the 2-step authentication (page 3).
I have read all the suggestions I found in the Community and the internet and I have checked on all the listed requirements. It still does not work.
I need this problem to be sloved.
