Thanks for being part of the QuickBooks family. I can help and guide you on how to cancel your other subscription.
Before proceeding, make sure to keep a copy of the transactions from the account you want to drop. You can run a report and email it to yourself.
To create a report, here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Select Reports from the left menu.
- Choose the desired report and set the preferred date range.
- Confirm/edit the email address.
- Click Send.
Once done, you can now cancel the account. I’ll walk you through the process.
- In your company, go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Billing Info.
- In the Cancel subscription section, click on the Cancel now link.
- Enter the reason for cancelling the account.
