Integration with custom marketplace website

I can share with you some information about syncing invoice data to QuickBooks Self-Employed, @Recruityourself.

You may search for third-party applications that integrate well and provide seamless syncing invoice data. Though, we're unable to provide recommendations on which one to use.

I suggest you visit the QuickBooks Apps site and look for an app that meets your business needs. You can also do this inside your company, just go to Apps on the left panel and then enter a keyword in the search field.

Are you using a specific app or are you developing your own website?

its a custom built website using node js, we use stripe as our payment portal. 

If you only need to reconcile Stripe transactions into QBO, you can utilize this connector app.

But if you need to sync data between your website and QBO, you should ask the question to the developer community

So there would be individual customer accounts within our website, we want to give the option for each customer to sync their invoice data to quickbooks. Basically a button they would press that would initiate the link between our system and quickbooks.

Would this be better off in the developer community?

We haven't found a third-party connector app that supports node.js. You must develop your own connection with the APIs available for QBO.
