I believe (although I am now not so hopeful) that up until yesterday my customers were receiving invoices by email.
Today this has for some reason stopped
I have cleared browsing / cache etc I have used different search engines to open QBO I have given them safe senders information They have checked junk folders etc The invoices are marked as sent but are not going through I already have another simple problem logged with your engineers (still waiting on reply) and having been pushed to this 'upgrade' due to you no longer supporting payroll QBD. I am starting to lose faith !

We raised a reported issue for this with our engineers earlier today as this was impacting a large volume of customers - this has now been confirmed as resolved and all invoices will now send from the system successfully. Invoices which were sent during the downtime will be received on a long delay. Please get back to us below if you continue to experience any problems with this 🙂
