Hi MikeT23, thanks for getting back to us here, and apologies for the confusion - unfortunately, it's not possible to edit the font size or style in the body of the email, if you're needing to edit this the workaround would be to download the PDF and copy the email text into your own email to send directly to the customer. :woman_technologist:
Thank you for reaching the Community, MikeT23.
Yes, it's possible to change the font size for your sales form in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks lets you customise your own sales form for a more personalise design. Let me show you how you can change the font size.
Here's how:
I've also included this article just in case you want to apply more changes to your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Just let me know if you still need further assistance or if you have other questions about sales forms. I'll be here to help. Have a nice day!
Hi Archie_B
Thank for your reply and offer of help.
The question I asked was referring to the font size of text / copy in the email sent with sales forms, (not the sales form itself)
Are you able to offer any help with this?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards

Ok, thank you for the helpful answer.
A bit disappointing it can’t be changed per QuickBooks user, but hey ho.
All the best
I agree with Mike. The inability to change the font size in the covering email when sending an invoice is very disappointing.
The software sets out the total amount of the invoice in a MASSIVE FONT (if I had to guess, it might be 200pt, bold, and black font). It's very IN-YOUR-FACE and, in my view, lacks taste, conveying YOU OWE BIG TIME. Please ask the design team to change this.
I don't want to have to download a PDF of the invoice and send it through my mail client.
